About Us
Resonance Limited
Resonance Limited is a Hong Kong based company formed by Mr Ryuichiro Louis Iijima (Japan) and Mr Simeon Everitt (New Zealand). Having both lived in each other's countries for an extended period of time, and understanding not only each other's native languages, but also culture and thinking, they decided to bring the best of the East and the West and created Resonance, a multimedia production and consultation company that puts the upmost focus on quality and service.
Ryuichiro Louis Iijima
Ryuichiro Louis Iijima graduated Bachelor of Recreation Management at Lincoln University in Christchurch, New Zealand in 2002. He had been working as a Personal Trainer throughout his university days since he was a qualified at Christchurch Polytechnic. After he graduated the university, he managed the Heritage Health Club, an exclusive hotel based fitness centre, at Heritage Hotel Christchurch and Olympus Health & Fitness Centre (www.health-fitness.co.nz) as the Operations Manager. While he was in this position he designed and documented operational systems. In 2004 he moved to Tokyo and acted as the Assistant Manager for Kinei Kogyo Co. Ltd. And solved complicated property issues.
Hong Kong means a very special place for Ryuichiro since his teenage days. He represented Hong Kong for triathlon at Asian and world championships in 1994 and 1995. He came 6th junior at Asian Championships in 1994.
Ryuichiro has also achieved a few things in the field of art. He has been DJing and producing music for almost a decade. He has records released from Pinacolada Records (www.pinacolada.co.nz). While he was asked to take some photos at his fellow musiciansf gigs, he discovered another talent, photography. It lead onto more sophisticated fashion photography as shown in www.louisnexus.com.
Simeon Everitt
Starting from when he was very young, Simeon has over 20 years of experience in computers. At the age of 16 he was selected to go on a sister school exchange programme to Japan for a year where he became fluent in the Osaka dialect of Japanese.
Having won awards for music during his school years, and taking part in theatre and musicals in New Zealand, he continued on to be involved in theatre and comedy in Japan after he moved back there in 2000, as well as appearing in several Japanese television programmes and commmercials.
While keeping busy on the cultural side, Simeon also work in several IT companies in Japan as a systems engineer. In 2004, he became a co-director of Indmedica (www.indmedica.com), an Indian based company that runs one of the largest information websites for medical professionals in India.
